Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with us.  We realize that there might be times you need to return a product.  If you need to return a product, please review the information below. 

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, we require a few things: 

  1. Merchandise must be in its original , unopened, and unused condition.  
  2. Your merchandise must be in the original, unopened packaging. Please note-empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.   
  3. Your item needs to have the proof of purchase. Please note on the front of your packing slip the reason for your return. 

REFUNDS

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your merchandise. 

Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.  

SHIPPING 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your merchandise.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until or office confirms the receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

Do not mail any packages C.O.D, as they will not be accepted.
